Ginger is a bay Quarter Horse who stands 15 hands high.  She was born in 1991 and brought to Ryerss Farm for her retirement by Large Animal Protective Society (LAPS) on October 9, 2016.  She had been adopted from LAPS by a woman who could no longer care for her and, therefore, returned her to that rescue.  As Ginger was in her 20s, she could not be adopted as a riding horse, so now she is a part of our Ryerss family.
