Max was born in 1989 in South Carolina and was retired to Ryerss Farm in 2011.  He is a lilac sabino Tennessee Walking Horse who stands 15 hands high.  Max’s career was spent learning ground work, centered riding and even some dressage.  He ended that career in 2001 and became a companion to his former owner, helping her recover from cancer.  Max is a wonderful horse who loves people despite being somewhat shy at times.
