Honey is a 36-year-old Haflinger mare who came to Ryerss Farm as a rescue due to her former owner having to go into a nursing home and unable to care for the mare any longer. We do not know what Honey did prior to retirement but whatever it was, we are sure she was great at it with her sweet loving personality. Ryerss stepped up and said she will have a forever home with us and she arrived soon after on Sunday June 18th, 2023.
