What Can You Expect at the Legacy & Liberty Gala & Brunch?

For 138 years, Ryerss Farm for Aged Equines has opened its gates to retired and rescued horses, giving them the safety, comfort, and dignity every horse deserves in their golden years. This milestone anniversary is a time to celebrate, and we invite you to join us at the Legacy & Liberty Gala & Brunch.

Join us on Sunday, October 25th, from 12 to 3 PM at Radnor Hunt in Malvern, PA. Enjoy a delicious buffet brunch, live music, themed silent auction baskets, and a live auction hosted by our spirited auctioneer, Ted Wiederseim. Tickets are $125 per person, with proceeds supporting daily care that keeps our residents healthy and comfortable, from nutritious meals to medical treatment. Attire for the day is barn casual.

How Can You Make a Difference for Senior Horses Through Sponsorship?

We are pleased to offer event sponsorship opportunities at the following levels:

• $500 — Pasture Buddy: Includes two event tickets, name and logo on the sponsor poster, and social media recognition.

• $1,000 — Half Halt Sponsor: Includes four event tickets, name and logo on the sponsor poster, and social media recognition.

• $2,500 — Hoof Print Sponsor: Includes six event tickets, poster placement at the dessert, auction, or buffet table, and name and logo featured on the sponsor poster, social media, and event materials.

• $5,000 — Stirr-Up Sponsor: Includes naming the signature cocktail, logo on bar napkins, one table for ten guests, a banner in Ryerss Farm's barn for October, recognition on the sponsor poster, social media, and event materials, plus the opportunity to place promotional materials on tables.

• $7,500 — Tail Gait Sponsor: Includes one table for ten guests, commemorative champagne flutes and coffee mugs for the table, a VIP tour of the farm, premium champagne, VIP tickets to a future farm event, a hayride and bonfire experience, and the opportunity to place promotional materials on tables.

• $10,000 — Mane Sponsor: Includes one table for ten guests, a speaking opportunity at the event, logo on brunch napkins, recognition across social media and event materials, the opportunity to place promotional materials on tables, banner display at the event and on the Route 23 hay wagon in October, poster placement at registration, a VIP farm tour, and recognition on the sponsor poster.

How Else Can You Support Ryerss Farm If You Can’t Attend?

The Gala & Brunch is one way to mark Ryerss Farm’s 138-year legacy, but there are many ways to stay connected to the farm throughout the year.

• Visit: Spend time with our residents at no cost. During our Main Barn renovation, we’re open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM.

• Donate: Help provide the resources Ryerss needs to care for its residents year-round.

• Volunteer: Share your time and compassion at the farm. Training will resume after the Main Barn renovation this fall. Our Junior Volunteer Program also welcomes teens ages 16–17 to gain hands-on experience by helping in the Gift Shop, greeting visitors, and supporting events.

• Fulfill a Wish List Item: Purchase essential supplies from our Amazon or Chewy lists.

• Donate to the Sharing Library: Contribute gently used fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, or horse care guides. Donations may be dropped off at the Gift Shop.

• Attend Upcoming Events: Join Ryerss and the community throughout the year for events that bring people together and benefit the farm.
